Cancellation Policy 

Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service if you need to make any changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice / no show will be subject to a cancellation fee, which will vary depending on the service booked. 

We kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone so you can fully relax. If you need a support person for medical or personal reasons, that's absolutely okay.
